Best Criticisms of Aristotle?


The most direct criticism of Aristotelian inspired philosophy is William of Ockham. The Stoics and the Epicureans also criticize his metaphysics. Nietzsche, Heidegger, Dewey and the Second Wittgenstein criticize the metaphysical tradition as a whole, which of course includes Aristotle. Spinoza’s argument against teleology also.
