Ibn Qayyim:

• “…what good can eternal torment do to them (the unbelievers)?”

Ibn Qayyim states:

• Umar: “If the people of Hell were to stay there as long as the sands in the land called Âlic, there would eventually come a day when they would come out.”
• Abu Hurayra: “There will come a time when there will be no one left in Hell.”
